Absolutely! You have the freedom to place an order as a guest without any obligation to create an account. However, we kindly ask for your email or phone number to ensure a seamless delivery of your products.

To fully enjoy all the benefits of shopping with us, we highly recommend creating an account. By doing so, you can easily access your order history, save your favorite items in your shopping basket, and have your payment details securely stored for future purchases. Can I do bulk order?

What can I do with the reward points?

With every purchase you make, your account will receive points. These points can then be redeemed to lower the cost of your next purchase. For every 500 points collected, you can enjoy a $5 discount on your purchase.

How do I earn reward points?

You can earn points right away by signing up for an account! Every $1 you spend will earn you 5 points that you can use for your next purchase. Additionally, you can earn extra points by following us on Instagram and Facebook, or by referring us to your friends. When your friend signs up, they'll get a $5 off coupon and you'll earn a whopping 250 points! Candles & Candle Melts

What are the different candle sizes?

Each Small (100g / 3.5Oz) candle burns for 20 hours and is perfect for small spaces like bathrooms or bedrooms.

Each Medium (230g / 8.1Oz) candle burns for up to 40 hours and fills a normal-sized room, like a living room or kitchen.

Each Large (420g / 14.8Oz) candle burns for 80 hours and fills larger spaces like living or dining halls.

Take into account that the presence of open windows, fans, and other similar objects might impact the scent of the candle and how much area it can effectively fill.

What are the ingredients used to create the candles?

We only procure the highest-grade ingredients from trusted sources to make sure that all of our candles are 100% free from paraffin and phthalates. We use clean burning soy and beeswax in a 3-to-1 ratio blend for better scent retention, premium fragrance oils, and unique blends of essential oils.

Creating Custom Candles

How do I create my own custom candle?

Select up to 5 preferred aromas from our wide range of over 40 delightful fragrances to create a personalized candle with a unique scent. We will handle all the candle-making process and deliver it straight to your doorstep, saving you the trouble of dealing with messy wax. If you're ready, get started here!

How do I know if my candle will smell good?

You can check out our Scent Library to learn about the various options available to you. We have categorised them in their respective scent families for easy reference. While there's no wrong mix, here are a few classic blends for you to try:

  • Citrus with Flora and/or Herbal
  • Spice with Flora, Woody and Citrus
  • Herbal with Woody and Pine
  • Masculine with Clean
  • Fruity with Flora and Clean

How long does it take to receive my custom candle?

Each candle is made to order so it will take up to a week for the candle to cure before we can send it out. The process is a bit time-intensive, but we promise your candle is worth the wait. If you need to have your custom candle ASAP, just get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.

Scented Mists

What is a scented mist?

It is a refresher that you can simply spray into the air to create a pleasant aroma or eliminate odors from fabrics. Our scented mist is made with natural ingredients and does not contain phthalates. It's safe and simple to use, just spray it on clothing, furniture, bedding, and other surfaces.

How should I use the scented mists?

Shake the bottle thoroughly before using. Direct the spray towards the corners of the room to ensure even distribution of the scent. A small amount of spray is sufficient. When using on fabrics, spray from a distance to cover them evenly.

Important: Please note that this product is exclusively for external use.

What's inside the SNIFF Box?

Each box comes with a variety of home scent products, ranging from scented candles to spritz mists.

How does the SNIFF Box subscription work?

Each month you'll be gifted a fresh surprise of sensational home scent products that are not available for purchase separately.

Your first box ships immediately after you've placed the order. All following boxes ship by the 5th each month. 

Your subscription also includes free shipping within Singapore. For international shipping, recurring shipping fees will be calculated at check out.

After your first 3 boxes, you'll get a 10% discount for the following boxes automatically.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged on the 1st every month for each of these deliveries as well as the relevant shipping fees (if any). Subscriptions auto-renew each month. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or login via sniffandsnuff.myshopify.com/account using your registered email address.

Can I change my delivery address?

Definitely! Login via sniffandsnuff.myshopify.com/account using your registered email address. Go to 'Subscriptions', select your ongoing subscription, and click 'edit' next to 'Address' to update your new address. We'll appreciate any change in delivery address to be done before the 1st of the following month as we'll be preparing your awesome candles.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. If you don’t wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel or pause it anytime. Login via sniffandsnuff.myshopify.com/account using your registered email address. Go to 'Subscriptions', select your ongoing subscription, and scroll down to the bottom to find both the 'pause' and 'cancel' options.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia.

How much is shipping?

Direct courier delivery in Singapore is complimentary with a minimum spend of $55 SGD. For purchases below $55 SGD, we charge a nominal fee of $5 SGD for direct courier delivery. 

Shipping costs to Malaysia depend on the items you’ve ordered and the total weight (capped at 5KG). Simply select your country and state upon checkout and the shipping charges will be calculated automatically by the weight of package and delivery destination. Import tax and duty fees are waived.

If your total purchase is greater than 5KG, we recommend splitting your order up or drop us a message. We will get in touch with you within 48 hours.

For 'SNIFF Box' subscription, direct courier delivery in Singapore is complimentary.

When will my order arrive?

All orders within Singapore will be delivered within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping to Malaysia will take 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Do expect slight delays for during the festive season, sale periods, and other major holidays in Singapore.

For 'SNIFF Box' subscription, your first box will be shipped immediately. All following boxes ships by the 5th of each month.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns for items shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via asksniffandsnuff@gmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed, provided it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.
